Course Objectives:

To teach the importance of self-care and self-love as women of God.

To teach these young women on how to take care of their skin health and hygiene, as well as DIY affordable skin care.

Public speaking skill (presentation to OYA)

Teamwork skill (from group work)
Duration: 7 weeks
Topics covered: Self Care, Hygene, Nutrition and Skin Care
Materials Provided: Course booklet, stationary, notebook, shirt & DIY skincare ingredients.
What do we want out of this?
We hope that by the end of this fun workshop the girls would gain more confidence in their own skin - in public speaking and in their own creativity - as well as fostering a sense of community with the other girls.
